These terms govern your use of Seedance Studio, an online service for generating videos with AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Acceptable use

Do not create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or impersonates real people without consent, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before use.

Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits shown before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
